Jim Belushi to Deliver a Keynote at Cannabis Conference, Las Vegas

Jim Belushi, a prominent TV personality who has numerous films to his name and also has done many TV shows and musical performances. He is among the well-known celebrity advocates of the legal cannabis industry and has been operating the 90-acre Belushi Farm, since 2015; the farm exclusively cultivates medical marijuana under the Oregon Medical Marijuana Program.

At the Cannabis Conference 2020, which is to be held at the Paris Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Belushi will be sharing his experiences. In the keynote address that he will be delivered at the conference, he is going to talk about the challenges and the rewards associated with cannabis cultivation. The three-day conference from April 21–23, 2020, is being jointly conducted by GIE Media’s Cannabis Business Times, Cannabis Dispensary, and Hemp Grower magazines.

The highlights of this year’s conference are the keynote by Belushi and an educational program related to hemp cultivation. The educational program will focus on enlightening the participants regarding the cultivation, trade of hemp, and products derived from hemp. Sessions will be conducted to create awareness regarding methods for successful cultivation and on ways to market them; insiders will also be speaking about industry perception on retail management.

The learning program was conceptualized by the advisory board of Cannabis Conference 2020, which consisted of professional cultivators, retailers, and industry leaders in collaboration with the editorial teams of the magazines hosting the conference.

The Cannabis Conference started in 2017 and since then has been running successfully, bringing together industry enthusiasts, entrepreneurs, educationists, and novices for exchange of ideas and to apprise everybody of any new development in the cannabis industry. This year the conference is estimated to attract a crowd of over 3,000 participants from around 40 countries. According to a media release, this year’s conference will “bring together dozens of the industry’s leading voices to address the biggest opportunities and challenges facing the legal cannabis market.”

The expo, which is the basis of all conferences, puts the limelight on technologies, solutions, and services specifically for people related to cannabis cultivation and dispensary.
